| This website is available only for Estate Agents to advertise their properties, Ask your estate agent to post your property on the website, this will automatically include a SMS label for the for sales sign outside your property and a listing on our mobile internet site. |
| 2) Can i be notified when a property matching my requirements has been posted to the site? |
| If you register as a member and perform a search within our property search facility then an option will be given for you to save this search, by doing this you will receive an email as to when a property matching your requirements has been posted to the database. |
| 3) How do I unsubscribe my notifications? |
| In order to stop receiving notifications, please log on as a member, click on notification details and turn off all the options available. This will result in all email notifications ceasing immediately |
| 4) How do I receive a reminder of my Username and Password? |
| Your user name is your email address. Should you have forgotten your password, all you need to do is click on lost password enter your username and email address and this triggers an automatic reminder email detailing your correct password. If you are still having problems, please contact us again. |

To register with Se Vende Casa simply follow this link and complete the form, your personal data will be stored and used only by Se Vende Casa. We respect your privacy and will not sell information .
Once you are a registered member then you can search all of the site including making a will and searching home provider services.

| 6) How do I change the details on my property ad?? |
| All properties are managed directly by our member estate agents. Our agents upload the property details directly through an administration area on the site. They have 24 hour access to this administration area and as such can change details of your brochures at any time |
7) How can I register as an Estate Agent?

All Estate agents can register through the advertise page or through the agents page on the top navigation. Once registered you can immediately upload your properties to the Se Vende casa website, the properties will immediately be included in the SMS service and listed on the mobile internet site.

8) How can I subscribe to the 'SVC Rumours' newsletter?
|
Simply enter your name and email address into the form on the home page to register for the ‘SVC rumours’ newsletter, a confirmation email will be emailed to your registered email address, once you verify that the email address is yours you subscription will be activated.
A newsletter will automatically be emailed to you.
